Not at all! You’re very welcome to pop in during our opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm.
As a small, family-run business, it’s always worth giving us a quick call before you set off—just to make sure we’re available to give you our full attention when you arrive.
- Are you open weekends?
Due to family commitments, we’re closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, we understand that our regular hours may not always suit your schedule.
That’s why we offer Saturday morning appointments by arrangement, as well as our convenient Home Choose Service, where we bring samples directly to you at a time that works best for you.

- Would you uplift and remove my existing flooring?
Yes, absolutely. We’re here to make your installation as smooth and stress-free as possible. We understand that replacing flooring can feel like a big upheaval, so we’re happy to help as much—or as little—as you need.
Just have a chat with us about what you’d like, and we’ll let you know the cost of any additional services like uplift and disposal. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
- Can you move my furniture?
Of course—we’re happy to help! If you’d like us to assist with moving furniture during measuring or fitting, just let us know which pieces you’d need help with. We’ll assess whether an extra floor layer is needed to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Please note that any additional labour may incur a small surcharge, which we’ll always confirm with you in advance—no surprises!

- Can I provide my own sizes?
Yes, you certainly can! We always recommend measuring your room as accurately as possible, and we’ll allow a little tolerance—just in case those walls aren’t perfectly straight!
However, if you’re considering a smooth floor finish like luxury vinyl tiles or sheet vinyl, we strongly recommend a visit from our experienced Flooring Estimator. This allows us to check the subfloor condition and provide an accurate quote for any preparation work needed to ensure a high-quality installation.
Please note: All sizes provided are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded if incorrect.
- Can you repair my subfloor before fitting?
Yes—our professional Floor Layers offer the full package! Whether it’s plyboarding, screeding, or simply repairing a crack in your concrete, we’ve got it covered.
As long as we can assess the subfloor beforehand, we’ll provide an accurate estimate and take care of everything from start to finish—leaving you with a flawless new floor you’ll love.
- Can I use my own Floor Layer?
Absolutely—we totally understand that great Floor Layers are hard to find, and when you’ve got one you trust, it makes sense to stick with them!
While our in-house fitting team are outstanding and committed to delivering the very best service, we know that switching fitters can sometimes add to the stress. That’s why we’re happy to offer a supply and local delivery service if you’d prefer to use your own installer. (Please note: additional delivery charges may apply.)
